## Disclosure wording

Photo description: “Virtually staged.” Public Remarks must begin: “One or more photo(s) was virtually staged.”

## Prohibited or limited edits

- Virtual staging of pre-construction or under-construction property
- Changing permanent fixtures
- Creating impossible views
- Hiding defects
- Exterior staging beyond unattached décor
- Branding or dimensional distortion

## Stylst practical guidance—not policy

Use all three Stellar disclosures and limit edits to removable furnishings and décor in an existing property.
