Privacy Policy

Photos you upload. Your photo is sent to our server and to a third-party AI image-processing provider to generate your enhanced image, which is returned to you. We retain your original and enhanced images, tied only to your anonymous device id, to review quality and to improve and train our staging models. We keep these images until you ask us to delete them. As described in our Terms of Use, we may also use and showcase your photos — including before/after examples — to market and promote Stylst, such as on our website, in advertising, and on social media. We do not sell your photos to third parties, and we never publicly connect a showcased photo to your name, email, or any other identifying information. You can request deletion of your photos and any records tied to your device id at any time (see "Your choices" below). Our AI provider may retain API inputs briefly for abuse monitoring per their API data policy; that data is not used to train their models.

An anonymous device identifier. A random ID generated on your device (or in your browser, on the web) lets us track your photo credits. It is not linked to your name, email, or any account.

How you use the site (web only). To understand where people get stuck, we record which steps of the flow a browser reaches — landed, chose a photo, hit the sign-in step, finished a photo — against a random ID stored in your browser, along with the source that referred you (for example, an ad). This is measurement, not content: it never includes your photos, your email, or anything you typed. We also load analytics and advertising tags from Google, Meta, and Reddit on our website so we can measure our ads.

Purchases. Credit packs are processed by Apple or Google in the mobile app, or by Stripe on the web. We receive a purchase record (which pack, a transaction id) to add credits. We never see your card or payment details.

Your brand kit (optional). If you set one up, we store the business details you enter (business name, phone or handle, service area, logo) tied to your device id or account, solely to place them on the share cards, reels, and exports you create. Delete it anytime from the same screen, or by contacting us — the details and logo are removed from our servers.
