Stylst generates enhanced, virtually staged versions of photos you provide, for real-estate marketing. Output is AI-generated and may differ from the real property. You are responsible for ensuring your listings comply with MLS, local, and fair-housing rules, including any required disclosure that photos are virtually staged.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process photos, account information, device or browser identifiers, purchases, and site activity. Stylst relies on service providers for AI image processing, payments, analytics, and advertising measurement. On the web, measurement may include browser tags and server-to-server conversion reports to Google, Meta, and Reddit. Those providers process information under their own terms, privacy policies, and account settings.
Only upload photos you have the right to use. Don't upload photos of people without consent, or any unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
Before using listing import, you must confirm that you own each photo or have permission from the copyright owner to copy it, temporarily store it, send it to an AI provider for processing, create commercial derivative images from it, and use the results. Owning or representing a property does not necessarily give you copyright in its listing photos. You are responsible for obtaining any photographer, brokerage, seller, MLS, or other permission you need.
A listing URL identifies the source and helps organize your private draft. Stylst does not give you permission to copy content from that site. Sources without a separately approved direct-access agreement require you to upload the original files yourself. Do not use Stylst to evade access controls, copy portal-hosted images contrary to the portal's terms, or submit portal credentials. Stylst does not publish results back to a portal or MLS.
By uploading a photo, you grant Vakil Ventures a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to process and retain the uploaded original privately to operate, support, evaluate, and improve the Service, and to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works from the Stylst-generated result.
Except for listing-import results and paid Cinematic Property Film orders, every generated result is automatically published on an anonymous public Stylst page and may appear in our public inspiration feed, search engines, marketing, advertising, and social media. Ordinary generated-photo results do not have a private-result option. Listing-import sources and results, and Property Film source media and deliverables, remain private to the ordering account. We do not publish uploaded originals and do not publicly attribute an ordinary generated result to your name, email, device id, account, address, or profile. Deleting an ordinary generated result removes its public image and page. We may suppress content for safety, rights, or legal reasons.
Credits are consumable. The number required is shown before you generate a photo; standard tools generally use one credit and premium tools may use more. Mobile purchases are processed by Apple or Google; web purchases by Stripe. Refunds follow each provider's policies. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable for cash.
Your Stylst account may show purchases from every provider in one place. Downloadable Stylst payment receipts and invoices cover web purchases processed by Stripe. Apple and Google remain the payment providers and authoritative receipt issuers for their respective in-app purchases, so Stylst links to their official purchase histories instead of issuing a second tax receipt. Any tax shown on a billing document is the amount reported by the payment provider for that transaction; Stylst does not estimate, convert, or relabel tax that was not charged.
If you ask Apple, Google, or Stripe to reverse a purchase, you consent to us sharing that purchase's consumption data with them so they can decide your request: how many of the credits it delivered you had already used, whether we delivered them, and whether you had a free sample first. We share this only with the provider that processed the payment, and only for the purchase you asked them to review.
Plan credits, delivered monthly under a Stylst Plan subscription, carry a 90-day use window that each monthly delivery renews: they roll over for as long as the subscription is active and remain usable for 90 days after it ends. Purchased credits expire after 12 months of account inactivity (no photo generated and no purchase made); we email notice 30 days and 7 days before any balance lapses. Credits purchased before this policy took effect do not expire.
Every newly paid or unlocked photo includes unlimited revisions, with no expiry or numerical revision cap, using the same original photo and tool category. One revision can run at a time per photo. Changing the original photo or tool category starts a new generation, priced before submission. Free watermarked previews must be unlocked first. Eligible paid photos from the seven days before launch are included; older photos retain their existing revision allowances.
Cinematic Property Films are a signed-in, limited-capacity experimental service with human review. The credit price and any promotional discount shown when you submit are snapshotted to your order. You may cancel for an exact credit refund only while the order remains queued. Once generation starts, cancellation is unavailable. If we cannot deliver the order, we return the credits actually charged.
The service includes the advertised output formats and one factual or copy correction requested within seven days of delivery; creative revisions are not included. Turnaround targets are estimates rather than guarantees. You confirm that all listing facts are accurate, that you have permission to use every submitted image and listing asset, and that you will preserve required “AI Virtual Staging” and “Actual Property View” disclosures. Generated motion may differ from the property, so you must review every film before publishing it and comply with MLS, advertising, fair-housing, and local rules.
If a result misses, tell us within 24 hours of generating it: we'll re-run the photo free using your feedback. If the re-run still misses, we'll return that photo's credit to your balance. The guarantee is fulfilled in photo credits, not cash; cash refunds for purchases follow Apple, Google, or Stripe policies as above. We may limit or decline re-runs where we see abuse. This guarantee is your exclusive remedy for a result you're not happy with.
Except for the guarantee above, Stylst is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Vakil Ventures is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app or its output.
